Responsibilities

• Coordinate effectively with the factory for procurement-related requirements and order processing.
• Assist in handling daily procurement tasks such as raising purchase orders, managing vendor communications, and tracking order statuses.
• Prepare and maintain updated price lists and respond to sales team price enquiries in a timely manner
• Liaise with accounts, operations, and logistics teams to ensure seamless procurement workflow

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with production vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure correct execution of print outputs.

• Design exhibition stall graphics, large-format prints, and other event-related physical branding materials.

• Maintain version control and structured documentation of all packaging artworks across product SKUs.

• Support product launch timelines by delivering packaging and print creatives within defined schedules.

• Design and develop carton artworks, product packaging layouts, labeling, and related print materials in alignment with brand guidelines and regulatory standards

• Prepare accurate print-ready files including dielines, bleed settings, color modes (CMYK), and production specifications.
